Remarkebly good ! Ben with whom I dealt with exclusiveley was extremely professional and responsive to my many queries. Providing a walk around video, restorative work on minor scrathes / scrapes - to a first class standard. The car was delivered efficiently by Tim a team member in a timely fashion. Absolutely delighted with the car - which I had not previously seen, dependent and trusting upon the integrity of Ben. The car is very competitively priced and I am delighted with it. I have no hesitation in recommending Ben, Craig and Tim - consumate professionals, certainly I will continue to buy from RAM Automobiles and recommend them accordingly - thanks Guys, awesome!!

From the first phone call to handing over the car I bought from Ram Automobiles can honestly say the my whole experience was 100 percent positive.I was making near 500 round trip to part exchange my car and buy my next car from Ram Automobiles so Ben took the time to send me personal walk around videos of the car ,he also sent pictures of all relevant paperwork and service history , he kept me up to date with when car would be ready to collect and took a fully refundable deposit to hold the car for me.The car I bought from them was excellently presented with no hidden charges, I was left alone to look over the car and read through the service history before I went on a test drive. I spoke with Craig(owner) on phone about the car I wanted to part exchange we agreed a price after I sent him pictures of my car and relevant paperwork, the price didn't change when he viewed the car.Both Craig and Ben were professional friendly and honest and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy their next car.5 stars

Really excellent customer service. First contact was by text message which was a quick and helpful reply to our enquiry. An appointment was made to view a vehicle for the next day, and we were met by Ben who was very polite, knowledgable about the vehicle and helpful. No pushy salesmen! Would recommend.

First class company run by owner Craig and right hand man Ben both very helpful and amenable young men, not your usual S/H car dealer, my experience was a very rewarding and enjoyable one, i was very efficiently dealt with by Ben aided by Craig and am very pleased with the car and trade in allowance, don't be put off by the way they trade (appointment only behind closed doors) because you will not be disappointed, superb premises and range of affordable cars.

Absolutely excellent service! Super friendly and helpful, was able to match me with a car that suited my needs. Also answered all questions and was eager to help. Car was in excellent condition (clearly had been cleaned ready to be viewed) and the buying process was very quick. Viewed the car on a Saturday (took it for a test drive the same day), put down a deposit for it the same day and was able to pick it up on the Wednesday. Everything went smoothly and payment process was simple!Only thing is it is quite difficult to find the site as there is no signage, but all it took was one call and they were able to direct us.100% will recommend to anyone I know looking for a car, couldn't be more grateful!

I recently bought a Fiat Panda from RAM Automobiles and found the whole experience so easy and straight forwards. ( I had been dreading looking for a new car - dealing with pushy sales people etc. ) Craig, the owner, was very friendly and relaxed - I had time to look around the car, test drive it and ask any questions I had without feeling any pressure at all. They have a good range of cars for a small business and they all looked clean and well looked after.Once I had decided to buy the car, Craig made everything very easy and straight forwards.I was able to collect the car at a time that suited me - Road tax it upon collection - and it was all ready and clean waiting for me to drive away!The car had a fresh MOT and was recently serviced with a full service history.Six months warranty also, so that gives me a bit of piece of mind.A very easy and hassle free experience - a good price, friendly and knowledgable staff - I would certainly recommend RAM Automobiles and very happy with my new car!

I highly recommend Craig and his team for their professional, friendly service. No question was too much trouble, and he was true to his word.This is the first time I have purchased a car in the area, and not bought a car in UK since 2007, so Craig was very helpful and reassuring every step of the way. Added in a six month warranty and kindly met me at the train station. Gives car dealers a good name! I am really happy with my new wheels, and have recommended RAM to some friends.
